Gemma is an advanced aesthetic practitioner herself with a focused interest in clinical governance, consent standards and defensible documentation within aesthetic practice.   Having observed the increasing scrutiny surrounding aesthetic consultations and clinical record-keeping, this training was designed to bridge the gap between clinical skill and professional governance. The aim is to support practitioners in strengthening consent processes, improving documentation standards, and practising with confidence in a regulated environment.
